At Activity Table Co, we invest significant time, creativity and care in developing original Games & Missions, audio experiences, family activities, digital content and creative resources designed to bring families together.
This Notice explains the ownership and permitted use of those materials. We appreciate your support in respecting the creativity and intellectual property that helps make Activity Table Co unique.
1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1.1 Unless otherwise stated, all original content created by Let's Celebrate Party Hire Pty Ltd trading as Activity Table Co remains our intellectual property.
1.2 This includes, but is not limited to, our Games & Missions, audio experiences, narration, scripts, storylines, dialogue, characters, artwork, illustrations, graphics, icons, branding, logos, app interface, website content, downloadable resources, Activity Table Co Packages, videos, marketing material, social media content and original written material.

2. SUBSCRIPTION LICENCE
2.1 An active subscription grants the subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable Subscription Licence to access and use Activity Table Co.
2.2 The Subscription Licence may be used by the subscriber and members of their immediate family.
2.3 The Subscription Licence may be accessed on multiple compatible devices owned or used by the subscriber or members of their immediate family during an active subscription.
2.4 Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
3. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LICENCE INCLUDES
3.1 Accessing the App and available Games & Missions during your active subscription.
3.2 Using Activity Table Co for your own personal and family enjoyment during your active subscription.
3.3 Downloading resources where expressly made available for download.
4. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION LICENCE DOES NOT INCLUDE
4.1 Sharing your account or login credentials with another household.
4.2 Selling, transferring or assigning your subscription to another person.
4.3 Allowing another household to access Activity Table Co using your subscription.
4.4 Copying, reproducing, recording, distributing or selling our content.
4.5 Using Activity Table Co as part of another business, organisation or commercial activity without our written permission.
4.6 Removing copyright notices or claiming our content as your own.
5. ORGANISATIONAL USE
5.1 Use of Activity Table Co by schools, childcare services, libraries, community organisations or other groups may require a separate licence or written permission. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
6.1 Our Games & Missions, scripts, audio, artwork and other original content must not be copied, reproduced or used to train artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models without our prior written permission.
7. RESPECTING OUR CREATIVE WORK
7.1 We are proud of the experiences we create and appreciate your support in respecting the time, creativity and investment involved in developing them.
7.2 By subscribing to Activity Table Co, you help us continue creating new experiences for families to enjoy.
8. COPYRIGHT ENQUIRIES
8.1 If you would like permission to use our intellectual property beyond the scope of your Subscription Licence, please contact us.
