Terms and Conditions

1. ABOUT ACTIVITY TABLE CO

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Activity Table Co. application ("App"), website, Games & Missions, Activity Table Co Packages and any other products or services supplied by Let's Celebrate Party Hire Pty Ltd trading as Activity Table Co ("Activity Table Co.", "we", "our" or "us").

1.2 By creating an account, commencing a free trial, purchasing a subscription, purchasing an Activity Table Co Package or otherwise accessing our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the App or our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an Activity Table Co account or purchase a subscription.

2.2 Children may only access and use Activity Table Co under the supervision of a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

2.3 The account holder is responsible for ensuring that all users of the account comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

3.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Only the account holder may purchase, manage or cancel a subscription.

3.4 We may suspend or terminate your account where these Terms are breached or where we reasonably believe your account has been misused.

4. FREE TRIAL

4.1 Activity Table Co may offer a free trial from time to time.

4.2 The content available during a free trial may differ from that available under a paid subscription.

4.3 We may modify, suspend or withdraw a free trial at any time.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

5.1 Activity Table Co offers access to the App through a recurring monthly subscription.

5.2 An active subscription provides one Subscription Licence for use by the subscriber and members of their immediate family.

5.3 The Subscription Licence may be accessed on multiple compatible personal devices owned or used by the subscriber or members of their immediate family.

5.4 Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by you.

5.5 Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are also subject to the terms of those platforms.

5.6 We may change subscription pricing from time to time in accordance with applicable law.

6. OUR SERVICES

6.1 Activity Table Co provides Games & Missions designed to encourage creativity, conversation and family connection.

6.2 Games & Missions may be made available through a subscription, free trial or other offerings as determined by Activity Table Co from time to time.

7. ACTIVITY TABLE CO. PACKAGES

7.1 From time to time we may offer optional physical Activity Table Co Packages.

7.2 Delivery, returns and replacement of physical products will be managed in accordance with these Terms and the Australian Consumer Law.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

8.1 You must not misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8.2 You must not interfere with the security or operation of the App or attempt unauthorised access.

8.3 You must not upload harmful, offensive or inappropriate content.

9. SAFETY

9.1 Parents, guardians and caregivers remain responsible for supervising children using Activity Table Co.

9.2 Activity Table Co is intended to support family interaction and is not a substitute for appropriate adult supervision.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 All Games, Missions, artwork, graphics, audio, written material, branding and other original content remain the intellectual property of Let's Celebrate Party Hire Pty Ltd trading as Activity Table Co unless otherwise stated.

10.2 Access to and use of our content is subject to the Subscription Licence and our Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.

11. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

11.1 Subscription fees are payable in advance and are charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

11.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not automatically renew.

11.3 Cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

11.4 Where your subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancellations must be managed through the relevant platform and may also be subject to that platform's terms and conditions.

12. UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS

12.1 We may introduce new features, modify Games & Missions, improve functionality or discontinue content from time to time.

13. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

13.1 We aim to provide continuous access to the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13.2 The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

14.1 Activity Table Co may integrate with third-party services including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, payment providers and analytics providers.

14.2 We are not responsible for the operation, availability or policies of third-party services.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and these Terms and Conditions.

16. TERMINATION

16.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached or where continued access may adversely affect Activity Table Co or other users.

17. GOVERNING LAW

17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
